Cancellation Policy
At NYCfacial, we understand that plans change, and that life gets busy. However, any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance from the scheduled service will result in a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and the same cancellation fee will apply.
We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
